About APRIL REEVE

April Reeve is a full time professional residential real estate agent with Mansell Real estate. She graduated from Utah State with a BA in Social Work. After graduation, she joined a well known commercial real estate company—Pentad Properties. Her time in commercial real estate led to the purchase of her own small business in Southern Utah. She doubled her business the first year and continued to grow over the next three years of ownership, while winning Best of State in Informal Cafe and American dining, all three years. After helping a friend sell their home, she quickly found her passion was in residential real estate, and that passion continues today with each client she works with in every real estate transaction with homes she has helped sell and purchase throughout Utah . April’s integrity, hard work, and determination is what you will feel as she works to represent your interests. There she enjoys connecting with people and using her skills in communication, negotiations, conflict resolution, market knowledge and management to bring her clients to a successful closing.
